"Changes Band" we are now a muilt-facited group which features our "DUO" Consisting of TA WILLIAMS & BILLY JAMES our "TRIO" featuring Billy James on Drums & Vocals *Joe West on bass guitar and lead vocals and * Billy "B" on lead guitar and lead vocals! Depending upon the event or local establishment this will denote which band unit will be used.
